ARSU operates in the production plant maintenance industry.  We proved unique solutions for companies solving production related challenges.

Pierre van der Walt (the founder and owner) has 16 years of experience of which 6 is in his own company.  All technical staff working at ARSU has, combined, over 50 years experience in the manufacturing and technical industryOur knowledge and experience in process equipment and high speed production machinery are exceptionally high as we specialise in those equipment.

ARSU's staff has the know-how on all aspects of production plant, including high and medium speed packaging.  We are committed to quality and good craftsmanship.  There is no such thing as a problem in our mind only challenges and new opportunities.  We specialise in finding solutions for challenging mechanical problems.

A bigger company is not always accessible to provide a quick unique solution for problems that companies might experience.  They evaluate service and products on the size of the customer and not necessary on the importance.  A lot of companies (big and small)  need maintenance and mechanical solutions for their business and can not afford a breakdown.

ARSU understands the challenges and threats that are out there and bring quality and service to the market.  we also understand the roll of machine availability and effectiveness.  Its our motto to provide a good quality and serve with a critical eye.

Our staff is our main asset and we do everything on our power to ensure their safetyAll staff is trained in the basic health and safety regulations and safety clothes are compulsory at all times.

ARSU complies with all laws and regulations in accordance with the relevant acts.

Our experience over the 6 years is that word of mouth referrals as well as networking are the best marketing tools for us.  Our customers do most of our marketing from their own experience.  They are an enormous help in building our business.

We do supply a catalogue to customers on request as well as any detailed information that they need.  We prefer to set up a meeting with a potential customer before handing the solution.   Most of our customer need a unique custom made solution.

Customer satisfaction is our first priority.  Due to the nature of our products we proved training, maintenance, implementation, alterations etc. to the customer to ensure excellent after sale service.

We ensure that every customer receives proper service and will come back to us with a smile.  Most of our customers have been with us for years, definitely a sign of quality after sale service.

ARSU Technical Services make use of university, technicon and college graduates and highly trained staff.  Pierre is qualified in the mechanical engineering field.  ARSU employs only qualified tradesman and skilled staff to ensure professional service is given to all customers.  Staff is sent on regular training courses to keep them up to date.

ARSU's HR policies are in accordance with the Labour relations, employment equity and all other relevant acts.  We strive to ensure that our staff are regularly send on training courses and treated with equal rights.  Our staff forms part of a team and with regular meetings we ensure that they are motivated as well as updated with new information regarding the industry.

ARSU follows an open door policy.  Regular staff meetings ensure that our staff is updated with information.  Although most of our information is readily available to all staff members or customers, on request, we still ensure a confidentiality of clients info.

Being a relative small company ARSU is known for delivering on time and meeting deadlines.  We work hard and play hard as a team.  Pierre, being a perfectionist, created a very high standard of products to his customer.  We have a culture of fairness that ensures equal rights to everyone.

ARSU isn't there to compete with the bigger construction work companies.  We want to ensure that we focus on service and not on speed.

We would like to get involved in more projects that really require skills and craftsmanship.  without jeopardising our service to regular clients, our goal is to focus on unexplored industries.

Another goal is to develop our staff and provided training for employees out of less developed areas.

Out of our achievements it is clear that we are quite flexible in our approach.  With a young dynamic team we thrive to excel our customers expectations.  we are able to keep up with changes around us.
