Ben started the CC on instinct in 1979, when that gut feeling told him that this was a sure thing. Six months later his brother joined him. Initially they only handled construction work with the erection of steelworks and the installation of machinery.
As his client base grew so too did the demand to manufacture. Ten years ago, he again followed his instinct and started up the fabrication site. To date, this fitter and turner and boilermaker by trade has not looked back.
Most of the staff's experiences in this type of work, range between 10 to 30 years.

With clients such as Mittal Steel, Nukor, Komatsu, Tektower, Sulzer Cooling and HFI, advertising is more word of mouth than anything else is. As Ben puts it, it's the acquaintances that pass the word on, which is why it's not necessary to have a sales person on the road.
