Objective Personnel was established in 1977 and has a successful record in the recruitment of both Temporary and Permanent staff.

Recruitment Division

We offer recruitment services for Permanent staffing in all disciplines and levels, nationaly and abroad. We have a proven track record in recruitment of Office Support, Technical staff, Artisans, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Senior and Executive Management positions. The placements carry guarantees and are conducted in accordance with the APSO code of ethics.

This division is the flagship of the organization and the current consultants have a total of 40 years recruitment experience between them. All consultants receive ongoing, updated training on current legislation and techniques pertaining to recruitment.

Temporary Staffing Division

Offers a fast and efficient service to meet clients flexible staffing needs in all disciplines including Support Staff and Accounting disciplines. We take care of discipline, payroll, admin and HR / IR matters while their clients concentrate on their core business. All the assignees receive leave and public holiday benefits with salary payments executed efficiently and timelessly using VIP Payroll system with an EFT facility.

Labour Solutions Division

Offers skilled and unskilled workers to clients on a contract basis. This includes Drivers, Artisans, Labourers, Warehousing Staff and Technical Management. All administration, discipline and IR are conducted by Objective Personnel in strict accordance with current legislation, while again the clients concentrate on their core activity and this company takes care of manpower.
