Both the AX630 and the SX2872 can achieve a variety of surface finishes from 1.6 Ra to 12.5 Ra when turning and 0.8 Ra to 1.6 Ra when polishing . RT047 ROLLER TURNING MACHINE
The RT047 Roller Turning Machine is available to renew the surface finish of support rollers on rotary kilns, calendar rollers and rolling mill rollers in-situ. This heavy duty precision equipment gives a finish accuracy up to 0.05mm.
Using a standard 220v power supply, the lathe can machine any roller diameters up to 1200mm (47'') wide in one pass. The portable RT047 is designed for faster and more economical method of roller turning than the alternative method of shutting the plant and replacing the roller.
Surface finishes between 1.6 Ra and 3.2 Ra can be achieved. If a smoother surface is required, the Dynabrade Roller Grinder can be installed onto the same lathe without making any adjustments. A Surface finish between 1.6 Ra and 0.4 Ra is then possible.
TYRE GRINDING

HOT TAPPING AND LINE BORING
Hot tapping is the process by which access is made to the inside of an operational pipeline, by either using a drill or a circular cutter. Hot Tapping is done on pressures up to 100Bar, depending on the size of the hot tap, the line temperature and the flow rate of the medium
Application include the attachment of a branch connection to the line, installation of an internal probe or monitor and to redirect flow in a line for maintenance or repair purposes. The hot tap equipment is designed by engineers and is pressure tested and certified on a regular bases.

Bb1149 LINE BORE MACHINE
