Woodhead heavy coiling and speciality products have been designing and manufacturing springs since 2001. It was established out of the remnance of Woodhead Kempo which in their own right were a household name in the spring industry since the 1920's.

Under the guidance of its new management team, Woodhead heavy coiling has gone from strength to strength and is now a well known and formidable competitor in the industry.

As a spring design company, we make use of the latest design software and are able to assist with the design of most types of springs.

As a spring manufacturer, we specialize in the larger wire diameter market, able to manufacture springs up to 75 Ø round bar, however we can supply virtually any type of spring.

The company has a broad customer base predominantly in the mining, industrial and railway sectors, however we are not limited to these applications. We are also competitive in the export market.
